Advance bookings & deposits are required for all Special packages.
Deposits are also required for all bookings of 2 hours or more.
All courses must be paid for in full in advance unless otherwise stated, and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
We understand it is not always possible to keep appointments but would ask that you give 48 hours notice for all cancellations so that we can offer the time to clients who may be on our cancellation list. A min fee of 25% of the treatment cost will be charged if late notice given (within 48hrs ) and 50% charged for all missed appointments. By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
Due to insurance reasons & for the comfort of all clients we ask that you do not bring children under 14 into the salon, if this is necessary you must do so at your own risk.
Gift Vouchers are available from reception or by clicking the Vouchers Tab to purchase online for all Beauty Treatments and are valid for 6 months.
All major Credit Cards accepted for transactions over £15.00
All new clients are asked to complete a consultation card, which will be kept private and confidential and stored in a locked filing cabinet.
